4. Cancellation Policy

All reservations or purchases of tours and activities linked from the Site are managed through external platforms such as Eventbrite, whose cancellation, refund, and modification policies are solely applicable. Fair Trip Now does not intervene in refund processes, ticket management, date changes, or dispute resolution between the User and the final service provider.

Acceptance of those terms constitutes an agreement between the User and the external provider, excluding Fair Trip Now from any responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property
